Texels Springtij is a strong blond top-fermented beer, brewed with special hops that give Springtij its surprising floral aroma and spicy character. The name Springtij is a reference to the extra high water during a Texelse storm.
Texels Springtij is best enjoyed at a drinking temperature of 7 degrees Celsius (45 degrees Fahrenheit).
